Waterbury regional lender Webster Bank has sold a former Bristol branch property for $900,000.
The 18,107-square-foot retail property at 150 Main St. sold in June.
Webster Bank announced at the end of 2020 a plan to consolidate 17% of its branches across southern New England.
Five of the branches targeted for closure, including the Bristol location, were in Hartford County.
Webster Bank sold a shuttered West Hartford branch property earlier this summer.
The buyer of the Bristol branch property was D’Amato Construction Co. Inc.
The property was built in 1870, sits on 0.72 acres and has 20 parking spaces.
