Webster Bank is opening Wednesday its first branch in Greenwich.
President Jerry Plush and other senior executives from the Waterbury regional lending giant will join local dignitaries for the 11 a.m. ribbon-cutting at the 1,000-square-foot branch site at 85 Mason St.
Contractor Malkin Construction began work last June renovating and expanding the existing building at that address.
