James Webb has joined Tighe & Bond as an environmental compliance specialist who will work primarily out of the firm’s Middletown office.
Webb brings almost 10 years of experience providing New England clients with hazardous building materials inspections and oversight on abatement projects.
He is experienced in all facets of hazardous building material compliance including: asbestos inspection, asbestos monitoring, lead inspection, lead monitoring, mold inspection, PCB inspection, and PCB abatement oversight. In addition, he has developed comprehensive inspection reports, asbestos management plans, and abatement specifications.
The Tighe & Bond engineering firm has offices in Middletown and Shelton as well as Pocasset, Westfield, and Worcester, Mass., and Portsmouth, N.H.
