Noreen Webb has joined Middletown-based Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau (CTCSB) as its director of SMERF (Social, Military, Education, Religious & Fraternal) Accounts. In her new position, Webb will work with meeting planners at SMERF associations and groups that are considering Connecticut sites for new or returning conventions, meetings and events.
Webb previously worked as director of catering services for the Hartford Marriott Farmington.
