A court-appointed receiver has put the 115-bed Crescent Manor nursing home in Waterbury up for sale.
Receiver Phyllis Belmonte said an established operator is being sought for the home formerly associated with Affinity Health Care. Crescent Manor entered receivership in October.
Bids will be sought on the home’s assets until June 19. Real property and some furnishings may also be bought or leased from the landlord.
Belmonte also oversees three other Connecticut nursing homes for sale Danielson, Norwich and Windham.        Â
