Waterbury apartment building sells for $960,000

A 16-year-old, seven-unit apartment building in Waterbury’s Brooklyn neighborhood recently sold for $960,000.

The Courtyard at Park Terrace LLC sold the 8,508 square-foot, vinyl-sided low-rise at 151 Park Terrace, to Bunker Hill Estates LLC through a deed recorded by the city on Feb. 16.

The seller’s principal is Joseph J. Petrokaitis, of Waterbury. The buyer’s principal is Shimon Handelsman. Both cite Waterbury as their residence in state business records.
