Wallingford’s Colony Shopping Plaza is undergoing a facelift and other renovations as part of a $6.85 million refinancing of the retail center by Rhode Island lender Washington Trust, the bank says.
Staples office supply and discounter Dollar Tree anchor the 97,202-square-foot center on North Colony Road.
CT Properties LLC is the landlord but could not be immediately reached for comment.
