Wallingford’s Forza Technology Solutions said it has acquired Virtual IT in Danbury, which will give the company better client coverage.
Virtual IT is now operating as Forza’s Danbury office. Financial terms were not disclosed.
A service manager at Forza on Tuesday would not disclose how many employees Virtual IT had.
She said all but one employee from the Virtual team will work for Forza, which had less than 20 employees prior to the deal.

Forza said it uses the same IT management tools as Virtual IT, which will help smooth the transition.
The company is a member of IT partner programs with Lenovo, Microsoft, Apple, Reflexion, Watchguard and HP.
