The U.S. Department of Energy honored Wallingford energy efficiency firm Competitive Resources with the Energy Star Century Club Award.
This is the third consecutive year CRI won the award given to companies performing energy improvements on more than 100 homes in the past year.
CRI is one of many Connecticut companies participating in the state’s Home Energy Solutions programs, which offers homeowners subsidized energy efficiency services such as switching out light bulbs and weather-stripping air leaks.
