Muse Paintbar and Pot Belly Sandwich are opening doors in September in Blue Back Square, West Hartford’s flagship housing and retail-office development.
Muse Paintbar — part art class, part beer and wine bar — will be between Cheesecake Factory and Whole Foods at 69 Raymond Road, said Blue Back Marketing Manager Barbara Lerner. Muse was co-founded by long-time artist and New England resident Vanessa Leigh.
Muse signed a five-year lease for 1,822 square feet. RM Bradley Brokerage Co. represented Muse and The Pollock Companies represented Blue Back.
Pot Belly Sandwich will be l at 51 Memorial Road, the former home to It’s a Grind. Founded in Chicago as an antiques store, there are more than 270 Potbelly Sandwich Shops in the U.S.
