The West Hartford Chamber of Commerce has hired Barbara Lerner as executive director.
Lerner has headed marketing for Blue Back Square since 2008, first for Ronus Properties and then for Starwood Retail Partners after it bought the retail development in 2013.
Previously, she owned a jewelry gallery and was president of Business for Downtown Hartford and the West Hartford Center Business Association.
