Construction crews are busy preparing the foundation for the newest Class A office building in West Hartford Center, brokers say.
Meanwhile, Hartford commercial realty broker RM Bradley Co. said Thursday it has begun soliciting tenants willing to pay $34 a square foot gross for remaining spaces available by August 2015.
There will be 19,000 square feet of leasable area in the three-story building at 15 N. Main St., at the corner of Brace Road. Of that, about 9,000 square feet, or one whole floor, is leased, RM Bradley said.
Avon’s Casle Corp. is the developer.
