West Hartford’s Horton International has hired Patrick Slater as managing director.
Slater has worked in executive recruiting for the past 13 years and previously worked as a senior executive at a financial software and services company.
In 2001, he founded Brower Group, a recruiting firm for banking and wealth management managers.
