The West Hartford store housing Advanced Auto Parts has sold for at least $1.5 million, authorities say.
Phoenix New Park Avenue LLC recently acquired the property at 443 New Park Ave., near Flatbush Avenue.
The seller’s identity couldn’t be immediately determined Wednesday.
Rhode Island lender Washington Trust said it financed the mortgage for the purchase. Any other financial consideration that may have been part of the deal wasn’t disclosed.

The bank said a corporate guarantee from Advanced Auto on the property lease made it an attractive investment.
Advance Auto is the nation’s second largest automotive-parts retailer, officials said.
