Life insurance and retirement-investment provider Voya Financial, which has significant operations in Windsor, said it has added Lynne Biggar to its board of directors.
Biggar, 52, is executive vice president of consumer marketing and revenue at Time Inc., which publishes Time, Sports Illustrated, Entertainment Weekly and other magazines. She has been there since last year.
She previously worked in management roles at American Express, which she joined in 1992.
Voya’s non-employee directors receive an annual cash payment of $100,000, an annual equity grant of $110,000 in the form of restricted stock units, and additional fees for committee memberships and other positions.
