Greater Hartford’s VITA program, sponsored by The Village for Families & Children and United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, recently helped hundreds of residents file their state and federal tax returns. The IRS-certified Volunteer Income Tax Assistance volunteers were located at the Hartford Public Library.
