Volunteers from The Harford beautify library branch

Employees from The Harford Financial Services Group Inc. spent Sept. 11 beautifying Hartford Public Library’s Goodwin Branch as part of The Hartford’s annual United Way Day of Caring, which coincided with the National Day of Service and Remembrance.
