Fashionista Vintage and Variety of New Haven has leased space on the first floor of building 1 at 85 Willow St., also known as the MarlinWorks building.
Adam Gregg of O,R&L Commercial LLC represented the tenant for the deal. Jeremy Rosner, commercial realtor and property manager for Levey Miller Maretz represented the building’s owner, 85 Willow Street Equities LLC. The lease was signed on Aug. 4.

The fashion business has been a long time staple on Whitney Avenue, but had to move in the wake of retail disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fashionista indicated that it was committed to remaining in New Haven when searching for a new space. The business, which provides customers with unique vintage clothing and accessories, is pivoting to an online and mobile retail model.
