A six-unit Stamford apartment building that was built during the Victorian era has sold for $1.9 million, according to the city’s land records.
Peter Properties LLC has bought the 5,412-square-foot structure, which was erected in 1890 and sits on a 0.2-acre parcel at 10 Linden Place, from Timna Tanners, of Greenwich, doing business as T.M. Linden LLC. State records did not reveal the buyer behind the limited liability company, but land records showed that it was a Pennsylvania-based LLC with a place of business in New York.
Tanners bought the three-story building, which has 12 bedrooms, for $1.48 million in March 2021, according to property records.
The property was appraised at $1.37 million and assessed at $958,760 in 2024, property records show.
