Breana Vessichio, an attorney with Hartford law firm Reid and Riege, has been named a commissioner of the Hartford Business Improvement District.
Vessichio joins a group of 22 other commissioners who serve as the executive body of the district, which works to enhance a 60-block stretch in and around downtown Hartford by providing services that supplement those provided by the city of Hartford.
