Vernon Web-design studio ImageWorks LLC has acquired an Ashford competitor – and a new corporate home – all in the span of a few weeks.
The 15-year-old firm said its acquisition of RDN Associates, a small-business web-design boutique, was for an undisclosed sum. The deal brought about 40 new clients to ImageWorks, Vice President Jeffrey Cohen said.
Meantime, ImageWorks said it bought a 6,300-square-foot building at 7 Keynote Drive in Vernon, into which it recently moved its operations and staff into 2,000 square feet of the space. The building’s sale price also wasn’t disclosed.
The firm was previously housed in 930 square feet at 27 Hartford Turnpike in Vernon.
