A Vernon retail building hosting a D’Angelo Sandwich Shop and Cut to the Chase Hair Salon recently sold for $1.55 million.
Albert Rizzo Inc. sold the 6,350-square-foot, 1970-vintage building on nearly seven-tenths of an acre at 200 Hartford Turnpike to 200 Hartford Turnpike LLC through a deed recorded by the town on April 26.
The seller’s principals include Albert Rizzo III, Gina Galvin and Lisa Gagnon, who all report a common Newington business address.
The buying LLC’s principal is Daniel Sullivan, of Avon.
