Simsbury’s Veeder-Root Co. said it has acquired FuelQuest, a Houston company that provides software to fueling facilities.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Veeder-Root supplies vapor recovery systems, fuel management systems and and other hardware to gas stations and other facilities.
Veeder-Root said it will combine the FuelQuest with its own Insite360 Fuel business, which sells a platform that allows fuel retailers, distributors and others to monitor, configure and control fuel management assets across multiple sites.
