Hartford manufacturing conglomerate United Technologies Corp. received a $335 million contract with the Air Force, The Associated Press reports.
UTC is receiving orders for the Air Force’s Adaptive Engine Technology Development Program. Work is expected to be completed in October 2016.
UTC’s jet-engine division is Pratt & Whitney Co., based in East Hartford.
