Jupiter, Fla.-based UTC Climate, Controls & Security has completed its acquisition of EcoEnergy, Wipro Limited’s energy services business division in Bengaluru, India.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The division of Farmington-based United Technologies Corp. will absorb EcoEnergy, which will continue to operate under the leadership of Mansoor Ahmad and will report into the automated logic business. Mansoor will report directly to Mead Rusert, the president of Automated Logic.
EcoEnergy uses big data analytics to help customers control their energy consumption. UTC Climate, Controls & Security provides heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
