Hartford aerospace manufacturer United Technologies Corp. said it will pay a 59-cent quarterly dividend on Sept. 10 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 15.
UTC’s stock price was up 35 cents, to $118.65, in Thursday pre-market trading.
It will be UTC’s third dividend payment of 2014, bringing its total dividend per share so far this year to $1.77.
The company said it has paid common stock dividends every year since 1936.
