Hartford-based United Technologies Corp. today declared a first-quarter dividend of 38.5 cents per common share payable June 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business May 15.
The parent of Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky Aircraft, Hamilton Sundstrand and Otis Elevator, among others, last October raised its dividend by 20.3 percent to its current level.
UTC has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 73 consecutive years dating to 1936.
