United Technologies Corp. in Hartford Wednesday declared a dividend of 42.5 cents a share payable June 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business May 14.
The parent of Pratt & Whitney, Otis Elevator, Carrier, Sikorsky, among other divisions, says it has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 74 consecutive years, dating to 1936.
