United Technologies Corp. said it will pay a dividend of 59 cents per common share on Dec. 10 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 14.
UTC has been paying 59 cents since the fourth quarter of 2013, when it raised its payment from its previous level of 53.5 cents. The company said it has paid dividends every year since 1936.
