USJ’s education school reaccredited

The University of St. Joseph says its School of Education has won reaccreditation.

Dean Ann Monroe-Baillargeon said the school met all standards and none needed improvement from the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education through spring 2017.

The West Hartford school offers undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate programs in teacher licensing, special education, among others, to 694 education enrollees.

USJ’s pupil population totals 2,565 this term.
