More than a year after it was first announced, Urban Lodge Brewing Co.’s Hartford taproom will officially open its doors for business Thursday afternoon.
Urban Lodge’s new taproom debuts at 88 Pratt St. with a grand opening ceremony set for 3 p.m.
The taproom and eatery will be open today until 10 p.m. Opening weekend hours are scheduled for 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The taproom’s usual schedule will offer extended hours Tuesday through Sunday, according to information from Urban Lodge.
In addition to the usual menu of craft beers and cocktails, Urban Lodge’s new Hartford taproom has a full menu of food options spanning from burgers, appetizers, soups, salads and more.
Urban Lodge first announced plans to open its second taproom in Hartford last June. Urban Lodge’s original location opened in August 2019 on Purnell Place in Manchester. Since then, the brewery has become an anchor for the pedestrian-friendly corridor along Main Street in Manchester.
