Hartford law firm Updike, Kelly & Spellacyhas hired Ashley M. Calabrese as a non-lawyer government relations associate.
Calabrese previously worked for a boutique firm where she developed lobbying strategies and advocacy campaigns at the state level.
She has lobbied for corporations and nonprofits in health care, insurance, human services, energy, taxation, youth and family, transportation and entertainment.
She is secretary of the Association of Connecticut Lobbyists.
