Updike, Kelly & Spellacy PC said Benjamin Wiles has joined the law firm as a shareholder/principal in its Storrs office. Wiles will primarily work within the technology and emerging companies, and venture capital and private equity practice groups.
Wiles joins the firm from Day Pitney LLP, where he served as counsel. Wiles has represented emerging high-growth companies and venture investors across a wide range of industries, including software, technology, financial services, health care, alcoholic beverages and fashion.
