United Way elects new chair to guide education, income efforts

Greg Toczydlowski, president of personal insurance at Travelers, was recently elected chair of United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut’s board of directors.

Toczydlowski previously served as vice president and treasurer of the board. He will serve a two-year term as chair.
