New Haven utility parent company UIL Holdings Corp. declared a second-quarter dividend of 43.2 cents per share to be paid Oct. 3 to shareholders of record on Sept. 19.
Subsidaries of UIL Holdings Corp. include United Illuminating, Connecticut Natural Gas and Southern Connecticut Gas.
