United Financial Bancorp, which earlier this year merged with Rockville Bank and relocated to Glastonbury, said it will pay a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per common share.
The bank will make the payment on Nov. 3 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 27.
United, which will release third-quarter earnings next week, said the payment represents its 34th consecutive dividend.
