Envision Pharma, a scientific technology company with offices in Glastonbury and Southport, will be acquired by United BioSource Corp., a scientific communications company based in the United Kingdom.
“Joining UBC helps us achieve our vision of bringing a more robust scientific offering to our clients faster than we could have on our own, with people of a similar mindset,” Brian Hepburn, co-founder and general manager of Envision Pharma, said in a statement.
The acquisition of Envision Pharma will expand UBC’s global presence and capability in the development and delivery of scientific communication.
UBC provides evidence-based solutions to support the development and commercialization of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices.
