Eastern Connecticut State University’s Alumni Association has elected Joel Nowakowski to a two-year term on its board of directors.
Nowakowski is a vice president and commercial banker in Glastonbury-based United Bank’s West Hartford banking center on LaSalle Road. He received his MBA in 2007 and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve.
Nowakowski primarily focuses on commercial and industrial lending. He graduated from ECSU in 2000.
