An auto repair building and a gas station/convenience store along Route 4 in Unionville recently sold for over $1.2 million in a two-property transaction.
The vacant gas station/convenience store at 1800 Farmington Ave., sold along with the auto-repair building behind it at 6 Pond Place for $1,281,250 on Sept. 13., town records show.
The seller is Maxwell LLC, which is controlled by  Leo and Dorene Grace of Avon. The buyer is Alpine Energy LLC of Litchfield. Its principal is Mark Greenberg of Litchfield, state records show.
The gas station is 2,640 square feet. The building at 6 Park Pond Place is 4,400 square feet and has a five-bay garage.
