Union Savings Bank in Danbury has promoted three staffers.
Deborah Jacobson has been promoted to vice president, compliance officer. Prior to joining Union Savings Bank in 2010, Jacobson worked as compliance officer at the First National Bank of Litchfield. Jacobson, a Goshen resident, received her bachelor’s degree in English from the University Connecticut. She serves as a member of the Bank Compliance Association of Connecticut and secretary of the Friends of Goshen Library.
Michele Martin has been promoted to senior vice president, marketing manager. Prior to joining the bank, she served as vice president, marketing at NewAlliance Bank and account supervisor at Keiler & Company. Martin, a Watertown resident, holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Connecticut State University and serves as a board member Family & Children’s Aid in Danbury.
James Rusiecki, Jr. has been promoted to senior vice president, corporate services. Rusiecki has worked as vice president, corporate services department manager; vice president corporate services sales manager; assistant vice president; and cash management officer in his 17 years at the bank. Marion resident Rusiecki is a graduate of Charter Oak State College and the American Bankers Association’s National Graduate School of Banking.
