Uncasville-based Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE) along with Virgin Hotels Las Vegas officially opened Mohegan Sun Casino at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
The 60,000-square-foot gambling venue, which Mohegan runs, opened to the public on Thursday. The Virgin Hotels Las Vegas complex also includes three hotel towers, a five-acre desert pool oasis and a 4,500 person capacity theater.
“Mohegan Sun Casino Las Vegas promises to deliver memorable guest experiences, best in-class operations and unmatched personalized service,” MGE said.
According to MGE, Mohegan Sun Casino Las Vegas is the city’s first Native American casino.
