Ultra Flow buys East Windsor building for nearly $1M

An East Windsor industrial building, which sold for just under $1 million, will be the new home of a beer and soft drink dispensing equipment company.

The property at 9 Thompson Road, which contains a 24,500-square-foot building, sold for $975,000 from Maryland-based RWN Spe LLC and principal Stanford R. Gann, to Greenwich-based Ultra Flow Properties LLC in a deal recorded Nov. 8.

Ultra Flow currently rents space in Windsor, but will relocate to the East Windsor building to have more space for the growing business, company officials said.

The 3-acre manufacturing site, built in 1975, contains a 19,000-square-foot warehouse with one loading dock and quick access to Interstate 91. The building also has 5,500 square feet of office space.

The asking price was $1.25 million, and the property has a total appraised value of just over $821,000.

The listing broker is David P. Murdock of Hartford-based Sentry Commercial.
