Uline has begun the hiring process for its new Plainfield distribution warehouse, set to open in 2026.
Wisconsin-based Uline is a distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials. It began construction on the 1.3-million-square-foot facility in Plainfield in December 2024 and says it remains on track to complete construction in June 2026, with warehouse stocking beginning shortly after.
The facility is expected to begin serving customers across New England in fall of 2026.
Uline says initially the warehouse will employ more than 200 people, with the majority of those jobs being warehouse associate positions with pay starting from $26 per hour, plus a $5,000 hiring bonus.
The site is also hiring for management positions in safety, facilities and human resources.
Currently the company is urging interested candidates to sign up online to receive updates on available positions, hiring events and opportunities to submit an application.
