The Connecticut Economic Resource Center in Rocky Hill has elected Tom Cariglio, an economic development specialist with UIL Holdings Corp., to its board of directors.
In his capacity with UIL, which is the parent company of the United Illuminating Co., Southern Connecticut Gas and Connecticut Natural Gas, Cariglio assists municipalities and businesses access incentives offered by state and quasi-public energy programs.
