UConn basketball star Maya Moore is no longer an amateur — she has signed with a Los Angeles sports agent.
The All-American senior guard signed with Wasserman Media Group , which also represents former UConn players Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird and soccer legend Mia Hamm.
Moore will be represented by Lindsay Kagawa and Dan Levy of Wasserman’s Olympic & Women’s Sports Division.
“Maya is a rising star in women’s basketball, and I am confident she will make a great impact in her career both on and off the court,” sports super agent Arn Tellem, Wasserman’s principal, said in a statement.
