UConn’s business school said it has partnered with global financial services provider Fiserv, the Savings Bank of Danbury and a Massachusetts credit union to develop web and mobile banking apps.
Under UConn’s financial accelerator program, MBA students have been working in the recently concluded Spring semester with Fiserv’s account processing platform, DNA, to explore the business case for creating new apps that SBD and Greylock Federal Credit Union can use to enhance banking services for tech-savvy millennials.
A new group of MBA students in the Fall semester will pick up where the recent crop left off by building the apps.
