UConn B-school earns plaudits

EdgeLab, the UConn business school’s graduate research facility at its Stamford campus has been honored by the International Data Group as a “ground-breaking” senior business school facility. The facility is a partnership between UConn and Fairfield-based General Electric. IDG hailed the partnership for its distinct capabilities of combining faculty, students and GE executives. Mo Hussein, the interim dean for UConn’s School of Business, said the award is an example of UConn’s and Edgelab’s uniqueness within higher education.
