Malyr, an English global logistics and fulfillment company, has opened a new U.S. headquarters in Stratford.
The company specializes in warehousing and distributing curated product collections — primarily in the beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle sectors —to influencers and media professionals.
The company has signed a lease to occupy a 12,600-square-foot industrial building at 300 Hathaway Drive, according to Angel Commercial, a Fairfield broker who represented both parties in the transaction.
Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed.
“We are proud to have secured a new U.S. headquarters for MAYLR, LLC,” said Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial. “300 Hathaway Drive provides the infrastructure and strategic location necessary to support their continued growth and operational success.”
The one-story industrial building is situated on 0.54 acres in a light industrial zone, Angel said. It is owned by James Kryzansky, of Fairfield, who is doing business as 300 Hathaway Drive LLC, property records show.
The building, which was built in 1986, is appraised at $881,800 and assessed at $676,260.
Attempts to reach Malyr were unsuccessful.
