A two-story Norwalk office building, at 99 Main St,. is under new ownership, according to city records.
Erik Slovin, doing business as 99 Beaj LLC, recently acquired the 4,337-square-foot building for $1.17 million from 99 Main St LLC, which is controlled by George Wargo and Lance Liljeqvist.
The building, which was built in 1940, was appraised at $639,730 and assessed at $447,810 in 2023, city records show.
Choyce Peterson, a listing broker for the property, describes the building as “fully renovated and modernized historic brick and iron-front office condo with interior brick walls and warm brownstone atmosphere,” according to a brochure.
It features five office spaces, three bathrooms, a kitchen, an outside deck with a grill and a 2,652-square-foot semi-finished basement.
99 Main St LLC bought the property for $525,000 in 2005, according to city records.
