A two-story office building in Greenwich has exchanged hands for $2.75 million, according to the town’s land records.
Wilmot Lane Properties LLC, controlled by Linda McDonald, of Fairfield, has sold the 7,527-square-foot building, at 17 Wilmot Lane, in Greenwich, to 7 Benedict Place Associates LLC, controlled by Mary Jo Whelan, of Greenwich.
Attempts to reach the buyer were unsuccessful.
The property, which sits on a 0.43-acre parcel and was built in 1910, is appraised at $1.87 million and assessed at $1.42 million, property records show.
